PPAA Committee are required to post the timing, venue, and minutes of AGMs, and such other occasional notices as the Council might require, on the two boards, each close to its nearest entrance gate. Further notices – e.g. ordinary Committee meeting minutes – may also be posted, but at the discretion of the Site Representative.
However, since we’re now more than a quarter of the way through the 21st century – and in the interests of not wasting the unpaid time and energy of volunteers – all news, information, and announcements will, in general, be made public using this website.
Plot holders who would like to be informed – of e.g. the procedure for retaining their plots when the new Tenancy Agreement is introduced – should therefore subscribe to its emailing list, if they’ve not already. However, it’s still worth their keeping an eye on those notice boards for the reasons explained in the first paragraph.
