A reminder from PPAA Committee
Now is a good time to reflect on 2022, and to decide if you are one of the – we hope small – number of plot holders, who do not wish to continue with their allotment tenancy next year.
The tenancy year runs from February to February, so if you don’t wish to renew your tenancy, then the giving of notice would avoid the Council’s issuing of bills and then their chasing the unpaid ones. It would also allow the allotments Committee to relet plots quickly to new tenants right at the beginning of the growing season.
If you don’t wish to renew your tenancy next year, then please contact PPAA Committee
Please include your name, plot number, and the desired date for the ending of tenancy e.g, 31/1/23
To avoid bills being sent to the wrong address, tenants are also reminded to keep their address details up to date with the Council.
